What I love about this place: great location, close to Cleveland Circle, more or less easy parking, nice clean building, relatively quiet, very friendly and attentive maintenance and staff, nice tenants, pets allowed (only two per apartment). Nice bathroom, strong shower. Heat can be regulated. What I don't like: studio is nice and bright, big windows, but I wish it was bigger, and only two small closets.

A lot of improvements can be made with the amount we are paying. Washing machines are really bad too.

The building is fine. There's nothing glaringly bad about it other than the laundry room. There are only three washers and four dryers for the entire building, but only one washer and one dryer actually work consistently, which makes doing laundry a whole-day affair when you have to wait for others or do double loads because the washer is so small. One washer has been broken since I moved in almost a year ago, and two of the dryers barely dry your clothes. Because they're always broken, it is annoying to have to pay $2.50 per load for inconsistent machines.

Largely enjoyed my experience here, but the laundry is overpriced, frequently broken, and has taken at least $20 dollars from me in failed starts on messed up machines. Lovely location with great transit accessibility as well as space for bike parking and public parking.
