Great location and so close to commute but extremely noisy

Love the location and management team does responds immediately. The only disadvantage is noise level due the location of the building in prime location, T line and bus 86 stops right at the doorstep.

Good Location; Unresponsive Management/Maintenance.

Close to BC and the three major green lines (B, C, D). Have had multiple maintenance requests not honored or I am able to schedule and no one came.

The lack of a building parking lot is not great. The lau dry machines are constantly breaking, and theres bikes all over the basement because the building wont provide a bike rack.
