All good except insulation

Everyone has been great. We really enjoy it here. The only issue is that the person above us stomps around at all hours. They just pace around nonstop at all hours.

Living at Trailside

My main interest in living at Trailside is the ELEVATOR as I'm getting older and more immobile, which also applies to my fur baby Penny. People are friendly and I'm learning to get around the area for drug store, grocery store, etc.

Love it

PROS: -Beautiful new construction w/ amazing views of woods. The property has a walking trail, dog park, fitness center, & clubhouse. -Community is quiet and peaceful- mostly single renters or couples here (no large families or loud children running around!!) -Rent is expensive here ($2,450 w/out utilities for 751 sq ft 1bd/1bth unit) but I think it is worth it to be somewhere so quiet and well maintained. -Location is super convenient w/ easy access to rt 140, 290, and rt 9. CONS: -The main problem I have is that there is not enough parking to get a space close to the building. Literally half of the parking spaces are garage spots that they charge an additional $200/month for which is ridiculous when rent is already 2450-3000+. There's been a couple of times where I literally only saw <5 spots anywhere left on the property to park.
