i put in maintenance requests weeks ago that have yet to be responded to

The only issue I have had several times is the laundry machine swallowing a bunch of my coins and ending up not working. Otherwise, maintenance is fast to fix issues.

It is great living in back bay and having access to the best neighborhood in the city.

Its a great location, so its expected to pay a high price for limited space. It can be a little loud on weekend nights but not too bad.
