2 years, no maintenance, 150% rent increase, useless staff. what more could you ask for.

Our apartment leaked for an entire year and a half with constant complaints until they started working on the roof to fix the issue near the end of the lease cycle. The elevator was out of service randomly over a 5-month period, during which the inspection expired and was not reinspected until much later. Still makes loud grinding noises when it stops at a floor. They raised the rent by 50% when the current company took ownership and are continuing to raise the rent on anyone they get to continue living here. The overnight replaced the washer and dryer on each floor and doubled the cost of washing/ drying on each machine.

Pretty great apartment and you can get anywhere from here. Only issue would be the lack of natural light

The location is great, super convenient, and the apartment is very spacious in terms of living/dining space and bedrooms. However, there isn’t a lot of amenities (ex. parking, gym, etc), and the soundproofing / insulation is not great either.
