Great apartment, great location

I have lived here for over 10 years and it is great location in Allston. Quiet street and centrally located near the T, Allston Village, and the Mass pike. The management team is wonderful and responds to all requests quickly and effectively. The rent is very reasonable for the location.

Affordable. Quiet. Friendly.

I have lived in this building for 3 years and have never had an issue. Building management staff are friendly and respond promptly to questions. Recent rent increases have been management and much less than many other buildings in the area! Overall would definitely recommend!

Great place to live

I've lived in this apartment for over ten years. It is in a great location with off-street parking, close to bus & train lines. The maintenance team responds quickly to issues both large and small, and also does an excellent job with snow removal in winter.

Since I have been living here in Allston for almost thirty five years no problem at all in the area.I really enjoyed myself i went to work early in the morning i came back late at night i never had any problem .My brother ,my nephew and nieces were here nothing happening since my brother retired from work. I don't know what to say about the area
