I’m a new tenant, mived in on November 5th. The refrigerator was leaking and still doesnt seem to get cold enough on the lower food section. Occassionally, water leaks down into the vegetable tray onto the floor. The toilet runs, until i shake the lever. The shower head sprinkles water puddles onto the floor unless I cover the head with a towel. Carpet is stained in approximately 1/3 section of the bedroom floor. I was going to have it cleaned if its ok to do so. I purchased two bulbs for the bedroom light fixture that were butned out. The facebowl faucet has tonhave a firm press to tutn completely off.

Pat the manager and Paul the maintenance person are narcissistic with poor boundaries. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and then do what they want to anyway.
