I have lived here for several years, and i love it. Super safe! Love my neighbors. Its very clean and no repair waits for long., so efficient!! During the pandemic i lost my job and the staff was so kind and supportive. Even whilr going in to one of the hardest things i have ever been thru. It is anlittle small but air AC/heat are dope!! Smaller just means less to clean. Perfect for a solo renter!

The apartments are well-taken care and with plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice neighbors. But the best is the location. Next to the beautiful and Esplanade avenue, full of trees, next to Armstrong Park, very close to the French Quarter and the Lafitte Greenway.
