Parking could be better - Residents park in the limited visitor's slot so much and on a daily basis, you would think it's their assigned parking slot. Kids play soccer in the parking area (no problem with that as it's better than in the streets) but get so loud and kick the balls with such velocity (these are teens) that I'm surprised that there hasn't been damages to cars. Maybe a little on the high side for rent, but the proximity to the mall and other stores may counter that. Other than that, not a bad place to live. I would renew my lease.
