It's a good place. However parking is hard

Parking is trash if u have more that one car dont move here

Cant have any visitors they will tow the car. Insta cart was dropping of my groceries and they towed the lady car. The manager and owner of the property told the Tow company they were not doing their job. I think that is ridiculous that you cant even have someone drop something off to you because they may get Towed. They will lie to you and tell you, you have 2parking spot this is a lie you have to fight for them and it only about 20 spots. My daughter was parked my space one Morning to pick her clothes up so she can return to school they towed her car. Dont move here

Very pleasant place to live with lots of compliments to offer. Biggest concern is the lack of maintenance support. We haven't had many issues, but the last repair request was very disappointing and very expensive for us. Our refrigerator stopped working on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. No one came for over 24 hours. From there, it took maintenance 4 business days. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. This is very disrespectful, very expensive, and has caused us to feel there was no concern for a genuine need. My past landlord was able to repair a similar issue on a holiday in less than 4 hours. No rent discount was offered. I asked to speak with a manager and was given the run around with zero response to contact attempts. I have considered reporting this to upper management, but refrained from doing so to be polite as every other aspect of the team and living arrangement has been lovely. Perhaps more maintenance staff is needed? I'm not sure why an important repair was so neglected. Depending on how future repair requests are handled, we may opt to reject renewing our lease as we did this year. We do not make the kind of money for this kind of neglect to be reasonable or acceptable. I hope this note finds the reader well and wish you and your team a happy new year.

I lived there for 12yrs, And the only problem was parking if you have more than one vehicle.
