Happy campers

We have lived at magnolia ridge for about 3 years now. We have no major complaints, and I’d like to note that overtime things seem to get better. More than anything I appreciate the staff who is always prompt to respond to any issues we may have, and very friendly. We love the location! We are close to everything we need and have very close access to I-10. The only issue we have had here and there is noisy neighbors, and recently we’ve noticed the smell of smoke in our common hallway, but we understand the staff can’t possibly know what kind of tenants they’re getting until they move in. All in all, we are very pleased with staff, amenities, value for our money and location, and we hope that through our stay we begin to notice quieter, more respectful neighbors but otherwise we’ve enjoyed living here.
