I have been here 4 yrs maintenance is always comes fast parking coukd be better and when i make a noise complaint it could be better to notify other tenants for the most part this has been a nice place to live.

I have been living here for about 26 years now. I moved into my current apartment after the Big Fire! I was displaced and lost everything I owned. I was offered this apartment and some old rental furniture until I could get on my feet. The staff at the time was so consistent, warm, and like family. For the most part, the community is great. My neighbors became family, and we all look out for each other! Yes, I have recommended one or two people who have since moved out of the community. When someone is looking for a great community I usually remmoned this property
