The amenities and location are well worth the price. The only problem is their problem solving methods. Most likely due to low cost of living/rent here, if there are maintenance problems, the cheapest route is followed. Dish washer has broken a total of 5 times, each time they unclogged or just ran it. In some cases this works, but not when the problem was the machine not going through the full cycle. Other maintenance problems are solved proficiently. Additionally, during pool season the pool is regularly cleaned. Overall 7.6/10

Lived here for 1 year now, no complaints. Recommend if you want to live somewhere quiet/safe. Apartment complex across the street seems to be pretty rough, but has nothing to do with Chateau Napoleon. We feel happy/safe here.

My vehicle was stolen and was not allowed to see the cameras. Was told by office personnel that they don’t just let anybody view the cameras. Gates are always broke and always have to park at a different building because so many broke cars in the parking lot and non tenants.
