Deposit Options: Standard Security Deposit Approved applicants may pay a fully refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent. This is due before move-in and is returned at move-out, less any applicable deductions. Deposit Substitution (Approval Fee) For reduced upfront costs, eligible applicants may choose a non-refundable approval fee instead of a traditional deposit: Standard Approval: Pay a one-time, non-refundable $300 approval fee. No deposit required. Conditional Approval: Option 1: Pay the standard one-month deposit plus a $300 approval fee Option 2: Pay a one-time $750 approval fee with no deposit required Deposit option eligibility is determined by your application screening results.
