I think the staff has changed every 3 months since i moved in April of 2024. They don't answer emails and are never available to answer the phone and don't return calls when voicemails are left. I personally feel like I pay too much money so the type of customer service we are given. These are probably the nicest apartments in Lake Charles but you wouldn't know if based on the staffs customer service skills.

Going on a year and a half here, and I’m very happy. Affordable, friendly, prompt maintenance and the grounds are always well taken care of. Not planning to move anytime soon!
