I have been living here for less than a year. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. The rent is a decent price. Maintenance responds quickly. Beautiful palm trees and a lovely view of the sky.

Decent price given the area. Not for long term stay.

The area isnt bad as far as vilonce goes. Its jist simpky the hood. You wontbhear ahooting everyday or hqve to worry abiut someone breaking in your car. Its just the area, it look hood over here. But for the pruve its nit bad. The apartments are out dated, buitls in the 80’s i think
