Nothing to really complain about. Would be nice to add some amenities to equate what other properties have for the same price (pool, gym, etc)

I love living here!

Aside from the expensive parking, it really is an amazing place to leave. Not super noisy from other residence, but of course you get normal city noise, but it has never bothered me. Everyone is super nice, the lobby is always super clean and mail being delivered to your door is a really good plus. Maintenance is also super nice and always help fix things quickly if we ever have a problem.

Great place to live

Very secure building and in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Walking distance to live music and events on the weekends. Cant hear outside noice in your unit. Best maintenance i have ever had. Hallways and lobby are always kept very clean.

Love living here

Perfect location for me, great price, very nice apartments, very safe. Noise is ok, I only rated slightly lower because there is activity in the general area on the weekends. But I don't mind it, it's perfectly acceptable for an area with lots of activity.
