Overpriced
These apartments are dated, applicances and fixtures often break. In the 2 bedroom 2 bath units, the HVAC is undersized. There's a huge difference in temperature from the front to the back. Good with the summer utility bill, trying to cool it, and all your money goes down the drain. Not to mention the influx in college kids.
