I love living at Fountain Brook. They’re great apartments for the price and very comfortable. Always more than enough parking. There are no amenities provided by MNM for these apartments but if that’s not a concern for you then these are the best option in Richmond

Was not properly notified that this leasing office also uses payslips and that Money Orders are not accepted despite what was written in the letter from the corporate office. The manager in the leasing told me there was a person in the back who could walk me out of the building when I was angered he would not accept my money order. He misinformed me by telling me Meijer would refund me my money and that I could use a Walmart payslip and use my money as cash. For what I pay in rent, it is a good deal.

It's a great Place to live. I have lived here a little over a year. I'm disabled and the parking suits me right out the door on a bottom apartment.
