I think the area is very welcoming. I don’t like hearing my upstairs neighbors toilet flushing or them taking a shower. I understand the reason for all the lights at night but it is a lot. I am still settling in.

Pet feces all over grounds is the main problem. People don't pick up after their pets. Also, the landscaping could be done more efficiently.
