Bonaventure Place Apartment

It’s nice living in these apartments Ive been here for years. However, the price isnt starting to be worth it. They are charging the same as nearby apartments that are NEW and have amenities, versus this one that doesnt have any like a pool and a balcony. I enjoy the privacy I get living here. No one bothers anyone, your package could be infront of your door for a week and no one would bother it.

Good place to live in a busy area. Rent is sufficient to the size of the apartments. They do have 2 sides that are hidden a little which is a good thing. The LGE is a little higher than im use to paying but i think it’s because of the washer and dryer that i didnt have in my last apartment. Maintenance is very swift with fixing things & calling in help when needed.
