good for the price

I've lived here for several years, and I have never had any problems. The neighbors all keep to themselves, the price of rent is fair, and all maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly.

Cheap

Cheap rent. You get what you pay for. Absolutely no maintaince. When I've put in requests there is no response from the maintenance department or staff in office. Then they close the request stating it's been addressed, fulfilled and completed. Had to buy my own AC unit. No heat in apartment.

Not Bad

There's only street parking, but it's very easy to find a spot. The neighbors are usually quiet enough that you don't have to worry about noise.

Not attending to maintenance needs in a timely fashion

In the 3yrs that I've lived here there has been numerous times I've had to call about different things being fixed. I've had to make numerous calls for other tenants' dogs defecating on my lawn. The after hour noise which had been going on for a while, with almost every tenant. It's been months since I've put in request for them to fix my floor and the pipes and nothing has been done.
