Fees & Deposits: One Pet: $200 refundable pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee Two Pets: $300 refundable pet deposit + $200 non-refundable pet fee Breed Restrictions: Pets deemed dangerous or code-restricted by the city in which the community is located are not permitted.

we have enjoyed mostly our stay/living here for 2 1/2 years. Staff is great, very personable and very accommodating. location is great for stores, banking, just very convenient. I do recommend this complex

I have lived here over six years and have no regrets. The office staff and maintenance staff have always answered my call or request. I'm disabled and special request have been met. I appreciate each of them. No need to move when you have a great team you can call. Come on by and stay awhile.

I've lived here over six years and I'm completely satisfied with my living situation. The staff and maintenance have always answered my requests in a timely manner. The refreshments in the lobby/ office area are very nice. The laundry area is nice too. I love the extra security they added for us. The management is very concern for our safety. The added lights were a plus. Stop by you won't be disappointed.
