Great management and maintenance team. Being close to Harry street the road a vehicle traffic creates a lot of noise.

It would be nice if people picked up their dog poop. It would be even better if they took them to the right area too.

I've lived here for one year, and I love being here. It's within my budget, maintenance is prompt when requested, they keep it well maintained both in and out. Office staff is kind and courteous. Parking is a little wonky at times, but I've never had to go too far. It's relatively quiet in spite of being on a major road.

I'm glad I moved here. I'm near family. I've made great friends. The Management team is outstanding. I try to participate in all the activities. I have found many, local museums and activities that I enjoyed in previous states that I can enjoy here too.

We feel so safe and snug in our apartment. It's so nice to have our own washer/dryer downstairs and some extra storage. The apartment itself is cozy and maintenance is quick to fix anything that needs replacing. It's so nice to have garden space as well. Mariah and Lance make sure everything runs like it should and they are also fun and helpful. Sweet apartment community.
