Have lived here since 2009. Quiet property and responsible office staff. What stands out is how well the maintenance staff responds to immediate issues and their friendliness. Makes this older property shine compared to surrounding newer complexes.

Complex has been around for quite some time under several managements. The recent new owners have totally changed what used to be some utilities paid to now tenants must foot the bill for everything. Obviously, this has meant some turnovers as what used to be a reasonable rent to what most other rental complexes are asking. Maintenance continues to be the highlight as the staff continues to provide quality service and high standards. Smaller than most apartment complexes in the area, its presence is classic looking and blends in well with the surrounding neighborhoods. There seems to be a plan to update interior colors and carpeting as clients move in and out.
