When i moved in the place was covered with trees and bushes. Could have done without the bushes, misss the trees though.

?????? (3/5) – Great location, but management and apartment size are disappointing I’ve lived at Aspen Park Apartments for about a year now. The location is definitely the best part of living here. It’s close to pretty much everything you need, which makes day-to-day life convenient. Maintenance is mid at best. They eventually handle issues, but it’s not always quick or consistent. Parking is hit or miss. Some days it’s fine, but other times the lot fills up and it can be frustrating trying to find a spot. One thing I do like is the community atmosphere, especially if you’re a dog person. There are a lot of dogs on the property, and it’s nice seeing people out walking them. That said, I’m not happy with the actual apartment I’m in. It’s only about 500 square feet, and it feels cramped. On top of that, management tends to be very micromanaging, which takes away from the comfort of living here. Overall, it’s a decent place because of the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with small space and strict management.

Prices are ok. Apartment needs renovations. Old broken fridge. Old stove. Old AC unit. etc. paying 2026 prices for an 80s apartment.

Only con is parking, one day youll have a spot then the next youll have to park in a whole different area due to other residents guests
