I cannot stress enough about the location! While every other category has more than earned the six stars that I cannot give, it is all about living on Wanamaker. Read my prior mediocre review. It was honest. So is this one. I am on foot nowadays. The fact that I can walk to work, grocery, bank, and luxury really DOES make this home. No sarcasm. No Irony. No ....! Before you disagree with pricing, maybe you should consider what that level of convenience is worth. See you soon, Neighbor! Tom™

We've lived here since 2004 and still have the same, rotting carpet, warped cabinets and crumbling paint but every year they still raise the rent as if it's justified. I'd stay as far away from this place as possible.
