I've lived at Brookfield for about 4 years and have found it to be a great place to live. The apartment is nice and spacious. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I've always had good neighbors.

I wanted to move in to this complex 3 weeks ago because I was familiar with the staff and I like Monarch Properties. I came here to downsize from a townhome. In the beginning I had a few glitches, however my experience has been great with the responsiveness of staff, the comfort of my apartment, the lack of noise, and friendly neighbors. I enjoy the area and it feels quite safe. I would highly recommend Brookfield Village to anyone.

I have lived at Brookfield Village for 3 years and have found it a great place to live. I have a two-bedroom apartment that is attractive, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and the area is well-kept. My neighbors are nice and friendly and we have a nice community. Office staff and maintenance staff are professional and friendly and take great care of the property and the residents.

Amenities 1 Parking 4 but need much better snow removal in parking spots in the winter. Please continue to make sure outside of the buildings are well lit. Staff 3 Location 5 Value 3 Need to install security cameras outside of each building. Maintenance 4 depending on staff turnover. Current ones are awesome ! Noise 4

To me, Brookfield Village Apartments are one of the Premier properties on the West Side of town. This is my second time residing in this complex. I love the way the property is kept up as far as grass-cutting, you don't see trash flying around and the lighting on the property is amazing. The staff is very friendly and compassionate and is willing to step in and assist any way they can. The grounds staff are very friendly and are quick to respond to maintenance requests. The Complex is in the USD-437 School District (Auburn-Washburn) which i love. Overall, the apartments are of a nice size and have different floor plans that will fit the needs of any family size. I have tried other complexes to live, but Brookfield Village surpasses the all.
