Monthly pet rent is $30.00 per pet. Accepted Pets: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets permitted on the property. Pets must be at least six (6) months old. No pet may exceed eighty-five (85) pounds when fully grown. Fees & Deposits: One Pet: $200 refundable pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee Two Pets: $300 refundable pet deposit + $200 non-refundable pet fee Breed Restrictions: Pets deemed dangerous or code-restricted by the city in which the community is located are not permitted.

Felling safe is the number one reason i enjoy living here.. I personally have not had any problems.. The value of a well kept property is priceless.. I have lived here going on my 9th year, The staff is great. They go out of their way to make sure we have all we need.. They make sure we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend living here at Ceder Ridge Apartments..
