What a wonderful place to live! It feels like a close community, but still privacy. The beautiful stream running throughout the property is filled with ducks in life and waterfalls and we are so happy here!

Management and Maintenance Staff have been great, they always try their best to be as timely as possible, and apartment manager JJ has been incredibly friendly, punctual, and efficient since we moved in! The AC/Heat don't work the greatest, and have had multiple issues with their systems, but for the most part, that's just due to an older building/system!

*the noise level has increased 2 to 3 times since the trees were over-pruned! *the severe removal of shrubs, trees, and overpruning has destroyed the main reason for my choosing this complex. *the new system of rent payment etc...has become too complicated

I have lived here for 14 years. I have been happy with the space and the neighborhood. Management has probably changed at least 7 times since I have lived here. Current management is the best we have had. Amenities are lacking. Gym is very outdated. Landscaping is POOR. I am grateful for the work they have done on the pool this year. I do most of my own yard work because the grass mowing company hacks off everything they see, and they use a huge mower for a tiny little space. They also blow grass clippings on to my porch instead of into the street. Our windows have never been washed in the 14 years I have lived here! The quality of materials used for repair and maintenance has declined over the years.
