Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited. Maximum 2 pets allowed, Rent $25.00 per pet Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs, cats, and caged rabbits. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet. Deposit amounts for 1 pet: $250 deposit + $250 non-refundable pet fee = $500. Deposit amounts for 2 pets: $300 deposit + $300 non-refundable pet fee = $600.
