  • Pets allowed. For each uncaged (dog or cat) pet living in the unit, we charge a $400.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $250.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. In addition, there is a monthly pet rent. During the application process, we require your pet's inoculation records, city licensing ID number, and a photo of the pet for our records. Monthly Pet Rent $60.00 per month for first pet $50.00 per month for second pet Pet Rent, Pet Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Negotiable! Prices are subject to change at any time. For each caged pet living in the unit, we charge a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $150.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. There is not monthly fee for Caged Pets Fish are excluded from the caged pet fees, but all tanks must be under 50 gallons.
