When the Lakes at Lionsgate were first built they were wonderful but they have a few problems now that can be taken care of with more mainrenance and caring people. The first thing tgat would ve wonderful would be fir tge office sraff to abswer the phone ir at least call back if we had to leave a nessage. They could make the resident a priotity. And what needs fixing should be fixed. This property ciukd be what it used to be.

The leasing team made the process a breeze—friendly, professional, and quick to address every question I had. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which really gives you peace of mind. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed, offering spacious layouts, modern appliances, and plenty of natural light. It feels both cozy and contemporary—a perfect balance. My neighbors are considerate and sociable, creating a positive and neighborly vibe without being intrusive. Community perks like the sparkling swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center, and inviting lounge areas add a resort-like touch to everyday living. Parking is ample and secure, and I’ve always felt safe walking around, even later in the evening. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained, with lush greenery and clean common areas that enhance the overall ambiance. Plus, the location couldn’t be more convenient—close to shopping, dining, parks, and major transportation routes—making errands and commuting easy. Poor management

This has by far been a super unpleasant experience. Before even moving in, i was told to select an apartment from a list. The one i chose wasn’t available, okay, no biggie. I apply and put down my deposit. Im approved, great! I ask when i get the lease. No response. I email again asking for a follow up. “Soon” they say. I wait. Here i am 3 days until i move in and ive yet to see a lease. I finally receive it 2 nights before i move in. I review the lease and there is conflicting information between the lease and other documents i signed, and what i was told. I call to ask questions. No answer. Whatever, i guess its too late for me to find anywhere else to live. Move in day. The place is filthy. Very obviously not cleaned. Several urgent things wrong with the apartment, which did get fixed. Aesthetic things, i was told to write down. I got 10 minutes. I sent a follow up email with photos of things that were wrong since they took the condition form. She told me to write them down, and when i explained that i didnt have the form, no reply. I have now been here for 2 weeks and have yet to have certain maintenance requests completed, nor do i have a mail key. This has been after several office visits where staff was rude and dismissive, on top of their empty promises that things will get completed by X date, which always seems to move. Oh and apparently the mailboxes are just left unlocked, which is a post office violation. Im here on rent cafe about to submit yet another maintenance request for my dryer (that they require you to use, not your own), that is spewing lint everywhere and taking 4 hours to dry my clothes, and im asked to write a review. Well, here you go Lionsgate.
