I have lived here approximately 3 years,quiet,good neighbors,convient to major roads,shopping.

Attempting to get toilet and front door repairs since 12/12/22. I paid $300 to have a door repaired, originally my fault but it was half fixed. The toilet has been half fixed since September or October of 2022. Management has not returned my emails. Need the entire toilet replaced not my fault.

I like this location. I do wish the kitchen was bigger :). The only issue we have had living here has been with the neighbors, more specifically the neighbors attached to us. They have hit my car and denied it to police. (When your car is hit in the driveway, its pretty evident who could have hit it, especially when there is a dent in THEIR car) There was no proof (cameras or witness) so it 'couldn't' be proved. The other issues involve noise and the 'smell' coming from that side. (My granddaughter is always wanting to know what the smell is.) While I believe you can do what you want, it does smell up our side of the duplex. Other than the neighbors it has been a good experience here. If we have needed maintenance on anything it has always been responded to and fixed very promptly. This is a very important issue with me and I appreciate the quick reaction.

Noisy neighbors, lived here 3 years rent went up but no updates made to duplex. Needs a fresh coat of paint on walls and trees trimmed so I can enjoy outdoor living.

Nice friendly always on top of things

Maintenance can't get on schedule with resident for repairs. Refrigerator has to be defrosted every 2 weeks due to maintenance not being able to work with resident to gain entry. Neighbors party almost every single night.
