Living here was neither good nor bad. The rent is on the higher side for the quality of the apartment. Location is not bad, as it does not take longer than 15 minutes to get to most places in Overland Park. Maintenance was kind, quick, and thorough whenever you needed anything. Pet fees and any parking amenities are outrageously priced compared to other places around.

Lived here for almost five months. Office employees and maintenance staff are very nice and are very responsive. Property is pretty quiet, and the amenities are very nice.
