Rent is $35.00 per pet.   Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted at our property. Pets must be at least one (1) year of age. No pets over fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $200.00 plus a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.

The basement, where the laundry room is for the whole building, tends to flood. Theres only 2 washers and 2 dryers down there for the whole building. It makes getting laundry done very difficult. Most of the noise comes from the trains, street racers, and emergency vehicles that drive by. The community itself is quite and friendly. I wish there was a designated area for bike parking because it’s right next to a beautiful little lake and within “walking” distance of the local elementary school. It’s not a bad little apartment and I would recommend Southfork for anyone looking for a place on a budget!
