Great Starter Apartment

It's a great place for starting out on your own sure not everything is up to standards but once you become independent it's feels great and your not paying thousand something like almost every other place.

Pretty Nice

The layout is pretty nice and standard and the building is quite modern. The outside for cooking is quite nice with a pool so the price all ends up. The bath room is a pretty decent size and the bedrooms are too. The kitchens include cabinets, counters, stove, dishwasher, and sink. The dining room area is a decent size, the living room is a pretty good size for what you paid for. In the bedrooms there are ceiling fans but in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room there are lights. The dining room also has a ceiling fan

Happy to live here

I live here now, i've been here for a year. I don't discount other people's issues, but i will say that so far I've really liked it. The maintenance has been decent. My neighbors are awesome and the price is pretty reasonable for joco. Its not perfect and its not the lap of luxury, but considering some of the other places i saw in my price range I am very happy to be here.
