Living at Pinecrest Townhomes for the past 4 years has been great for the most part. Dorice the Manager is great and is always there for questions and inquiries and is super sweet. The maintenance is awesome they are usually here within 24 hrs and we had an emergency and they were here quick! It has been quiet for the most part but the company that owns the Townhomes bought the land right next to us and they are building apartments and it has been very noisy and they start before the Olathe City quiet hours half the time. We were kind of a bedroom community but I don’t think it will be like that anymore.

We have lived at PineCrest Townhomes since the beginning of Feb 2018. We have had little to no issues with Residents or PineCrest. The Manager, Dorice, is wonderful to deal with and is very understanding and just a really sweet person. The only thing that I wish we had was more windows. We live in a four plex, as they all are and we are in one of the middle units so we only have the little rainbow window in the front door and the slider on the back door on the first floor, the second a double window in each bedroom. We personally like to have more natural light but have made it work. We also have a nice semi private patio in the back which is really nice and a good size. The location is very close to a lot of convenience stores ie grocery, shopping and many other types of stores. Overall, it i a really great place to live!

Everything perfect, wonderful!!!

My family and I love living here, we are already in the fifth year and we do not intend to move so soon, all the people here are wonderful, the house is very spacious, we call it home because it is our home, we highly recommend it, here everything is very good, we don't have to worry about anything at all, everything we need is solved by the office very quickly, in short, everyone comes and live in this beautiful and wonderful community.

There should be parking tags and marked parking spots for residents. There are multiple tenants that have garages and don’t use them. Or, they have more than 2 vehicles and use all the available spots that are, I assume, reserved for the houses without garages. Also? Please answer the phone when residents call.
