The dishwasher doesnt work and the train is really loud And the tow guy comes to tow the cars away like crazy Other than that its a okay place to live

This building is older, but everything works well and the staff is friendly. For the cost compared to other apartment complexes in the area, it's a good value.

I've lived here 3 months (Nov 2022) and so far I have been very pleased with my apartment. The rent is very reasonable, the property is clean, parking lot has lights and I can park very close, includes a dishwasher, nice carpet along with hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Oh and the laundry is directly downstairs and open 24 hrs, clean, and haven't had any trouble finding an open washer/dryer which is compatible with the "payrange" app. For me personally, I love this place. Oh and if you're lucky to get a unit facing the road....the upstairs units have a great view of Frisco Lake Park which is a stones throw away and offers fishing, and walking/jogging path. Lastly, its incredibly close to I-35, Garmin HQ, and easy access to everything in the Olathe area.
