Still an apt.

Contruction lacked ovetsight. The oven and washer dryer are very basic. Noisy drug using neighbors Old successfull company has ridgid management with thir renters. Moving in can be under duress, especially from out of town. Statues for walk thru and promises broken are rejected, largest employer in srea unsupportive of CCT.

Price is high; Not liking gas in the apartment, although, I know there is nothing you can do now about that; Maintenance staff isn't terribly helpful, though nice; also don't really like having the management company be out-of-state; Overall impression is fine, but probably will be looking for somewhere else to live.

Great place to live

Great staff. Lots of parking and most spots open. Only thing is I wish there was a few more garages. Maintenance is super friendly. Bad neighbors above us are really loud. Only reason why it's a 2/5 because I felt like Copper Creek wasn't doing as much as they could. But stuff like that is part just luck of the draw when it comes to neighbors.
