Great place to live!

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here. Our neighbors and the staff have been very kind. The units are well-priced, especially for the quality of home and excellent location.

Such a diamond in the rough! Great location! Great Price! Great Staff! Great EVERYTHING! Except traffic from neighboring apartments. So so glad to find this place! Highly recommend.

Mullin Rentals

These duplexs have some great features. It is frustrating that they have this idea that they are preparing their tenants for home ownership by not providing many services. In all reality, they are just being cheap.
