Great place to live

I have been living here for 5 years and really enjoy it. It is by a busy street but you can't hear it from the townhouse circle. Noise is really controlled and everyone is friendly. The pool is rarely open, which is my only complaint.

This is a great complex. I have lived here several years. They respond very quickly to maintenance requests and are always professional. It is very quiet, despite being next to 6th Street.

Not bad, needs work

This is an actual neighborhood. Families live here. Staff is friendly, but there is sometimes a disconnect between maintenance and management. Maintenance can sometimes be slow. Recently a major amenity was removed with no compensation in rent amount. Location is clean/tidy and the pool is nice.

Rating the complex

There is severe noise issues. I'm hoping this will be resolved shortly, as I have went to the office with my issues. There is other things but living in an apartment you have to pick your battles. Overall, I enjoy living here.
