The landlord Devon helped me a lot and is very patient, other than that price range for the apartment is a bit much

Great Place, Awesome Manager, Timely maintenance

I've lived here for more than a year now and I absolutely love this place. The location is ideal for me as I'm a student. Bus stop nearby, Dillons and restaurants are only a few minutes walk, 3 gas stations in the vicinity. Best part however is Devon the property manager. She is very hands-on, extremely professional but at the same time she is very considerate and a reasonable individual. Maintenance requests are resolved promptly, even if we need emergency help on a Sunday someone will come by and fix whatever is needed.

Decent Option

I have lived at Eddingham Place for a little over five years now. It is in a good location with quick and easy access to major roads in Lawrence. It is a relatively quiet area. The complex has a fitness center, pool, and laundry room on site, but I consider the rent a little high for the area and amenities.

Great location, affordable rent and great amenities. Property Manager and Maintenance are great. They restriped the parking lot and it has helped a lot. Pool has been open all summer, fitness center is 24/7 and the laundry room is great for residents who do not have the washer and dryer in unit. Very friendly staff and neighbors. Bus route is right on W 24th St. I would recommend!
