The apartments are in a good location, and noise isn't much of an issue. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to requests. Price isn't the best, but it's not the worst either.

I like the flexibility with rent as of now, but this place use to be affordable for the quality of it but rent going up with barely any changes didn’t make sense

The property is well manager, Devon is a very reasonable person, you won't find many such property managers in Lawrence. Maintainance concerns are handled promptly. The location is very convenient especially if youre a KU student
