It was hard to get into Riverbend but I am glad I waited for what I actually wanted. I see why people move in don't want to leave. It is close to Lawrence without having to live in a college town. And 30 min from Overland Park. Neighbors are nice too,lol.

I've lived here almost 3 years. I couldn't find a better place if I tried. I'm very happy here. Just me and my Dog and it's so quiet and homey. I looked at a lot of other places before moving here but nothing compared.

We love riverbend in Eudora! Great location, property manager is amazing, maintenance is fast and friendly, our family enjoys the pool during the dunner months, we highly recommend Riverbend!!!
