Sagebrook On 9th

In the 22+ years I've lived here, I've little to no real issues living here. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody that was looking for somewhere to live in Lawrence, KS. Especially, if you're a college student since it is also close to the University of Kansas campus and downtown.

We have been living here for more than a year but a recent change in property manager has made things difficult. it seems property management looks for opportunities to impose fines and penalties on residents but have no accountability when they are behind on tasks they are responsible for. For example, a small swimming pool is often not cleaned and open and management doesn't take any responsibility. similarly, one can see lack of cleaning in laundry and other common areas, and slow response on maintenance jobs. On the flip, there are fines for anything that tenants miss. For example, tenants were asked to remove cars on a very short notice during summer for sidewalk repairs. tenants who were away were threatened with tow and fines. overall the place is quiet but gradually getting worse in terms of services and fines from the management.

It's a pretty good bang for your buck, I personally think that this place needs a bit more love and care but overall, it's pretty nice for the price

I've been a resident on this complex for 22 years now. I've never moved because the of the location being ideal for me and because I've always felt that overall it was a pretty good value for me as a single man living alone. Over the years we've had a few different property management companies but I feel the current one is the best yet. Maintenance has done a good job at answering any requests in a timely manner and Dale Farmer has been great to work with as the the property manager. I would definitely recommend this complex to anybody wanting to move here.

This is one of the better appartments i have lived in in lawrence for the price. Maintance team has been amazing. The parking could use a little work (like repainting lines) but it has been an over all enjoyable experiance living here.
