APPLICATION FEES & SECURITY DEPOSITS: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent.* Amounts are based on combined household screening results on credit, income, and rental history. • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. Its Fine but they Charge Too Much

I've lived here for almost two years. When I first looked at the apartment I was told it would be $630 a month. Well, less than 2 years later and I'm paying $965. It's frustrating because I like living here, but to anyone new to the area, just rent a house instead. You can for not much more, sometimes even less. By the time I pay fees I pay $1040 a month, so I wish I had just rented a house. Honestly that's my only complaint. They raised rent way too high. I think 20% a year. I don't really know how the owners sleep at night doing that to people. But whatever. LaNdLoRdS have it rough. Anyway, if the price is in your range then come live here. The staff are friendly and maintenance is great. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood and really convenient. I wish they'd put in a pool since I pay more to live here than I would at the nicer complexes in town but whatever. TL;DR - It's fine but you can find better deals for the cash.

Family Friendly place to live!

We moved here this summer and just love our townhouse! A quiet neighborhood with a great staff. We had one plumbing issue but it was taken care of immediately. Love the staff!

Quiet and Safe Community

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I enjoy it because it is peaceful. I am extra lucky because I have great neighbors. I also love having washer/dryer in my apartment....no lugging it up and down the stairs. Very happy!!!! I would highly recommend this place!
