My home for two years
Nobb hill has been my home for two years and I plan to live here until I graduate (for a couple of more years). It's a nice neighborhood, quiet location, accessible by bus no. 5, close to Happy Hollow park, and close to almost all utility shops on Sagamore Parkway if you have a car. The maintenance is also super nice. 10/10 recommend!

Nice location, good community, apartments themselves are pretty run down, need to make frequent maintenance requests, but they are always finished within good time.

Apartment Review
I have lived at Nobb Hill Apartments for over 5 years. It's a good location and having a parking spot is nice. The price isn't bad for a two-bedroom apartment either. Some negatives, though, are community laundry, no dishwasher, and the walls are kind of thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors more than I'd like to sometimes.
