Affordable, well-maintained and well-connected

I have lived at Peppermill Dr., for 2 months. I rent a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. The amenities provided in the apartment are well-maintained and prompt services are provided in case the amenities malfunction. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ample parking spaces and recreational areas also enhance the living experience. The apartments are close to 2 major bus routes that connect to the campus and nearby grocery stores- Walmart, Pay Less, and even Aldi's. The rent and utility bills are economical and can be managed with ease on a graduate student's salary.

Outdated appliances

The appliances are outdated and run-down, especially if you have lived in the same location for more than a year. I have put in several tickets for appliances and plumbing, but nothing is ever fixed once maintenance comes. I've had to fix things myself. Other appliances and fixtures should have been replaced before I moved in and only gotten worse since.

Overall it's a good place

Everything is really good except maintenance. They come in without telling you they are coming. They are rude. They walk into your apartment whenever they want.

I'm Still Here

It's now going on for 10 years at this rental property. I've written a few reviews and have meant every word. I first started living here as a graduate student for my Master's and PhD. Now, I am working in this city and have appreciated the consistency of the apartment's team. It's a safe place and I haven't had any big issues. I have always referred others to this property as it is 1) safe, 2) has two bus stops nearby, 3) spacious, and 4) kept tidy.
