A cheap place

Leaky roof and black mold “mildew” everywhere according to landlords. Somehow there is water in my light fixtures. It snowed and i slip because no one salted or plowed.

Nice place good price

Nothing wrong with managers or staff. The residents tend to not pick up after themselves in the yards such as dog turds and kids toys. They pay for mowing but the mowers move so fast that barely half the grass is cut. Everything is what you make of it and the residents don’t care to make it nice.
