The property management are not timely in handling tenant problems, complaints or daily issues. The upper management for the property are avasive and not helpful in completing serious or urgent task or tenants request or needs. the property has only one amenity, for the tenants and nothing for children. All this property, no playground, no pool, no tenant clubhouse. For the cost to rent here there should be more for singles and families. The units closer to Canal are disturbed early in the morning and through the day by the very loud train horn and their activites. The lower parts of the units do not heat well at all. Over all the price compared to other apartment communities is way to high as they all have much more amenities to offer for the rent cost.
