Good location, good pricing, not enough parking

newer resident, have enjoyed my time so far. The location is good with being in close proximity to major shopping locations and restaurants. The only issue i've really come across so far is not enough parking. There's supposed to be enough spots for 2 cars per apartment, but its hard to find even one spot most nights when i get off work since I work pretty late and most residents seem to be home already. You can rent a garage or carport, but there doesnt seem to be any carports located near my apartment which would mean a bit of a walk back and forth, for an extra price. There ARE garages located outside of my apartment, but I've seen people park in front of them when theres no more spots, so I can imagine getting trapped in my garage eventually, unable to pull out, which again would suck for an extra charge every month ($75). So really my only concern thus far would be poor parking, although I'm not sure what solution they could come up with since there's not any room to add more parking. Might just be an unfortunate side effect of cheaper housing and cramming too many residents in a building

Review of Remington Court Apartment

The management staff has changed twice since I have lived here the last five years. It would be nice if there was an outside grill by the pool so residents could grill. Apartments are very large compared to newer apartments going up.

My experience has been a good one. Quiet for the most part. Wish the apartment itself would be updated including carpet to wood floors? Kitchen cabinet and bathrooms
