Could be much better
I have lived here going on 7 years and overall this place is nothing special. Regular rent increases, once it went up over $80-$100 for a single bedroom, which is very small. Maintenance is the only gem here, the staff, while friendly, seems to have a "pass the buck" attitude. The pictures shown are for the top level "nicest" units and they are focusing on the "smart" technology that was installed last year. The door access is battery powered and last winter mine died randomly, preventing me from getting inside. When reported, the maintenance person stated that I was one of a couple dozen he had to deal with that day alone. They mandate a specific internet provider (Bloom), which I have read is owned by them.
Love being a part of this community.
I have been here 5 years and am totally satisfied with the complex. Maintenance and staff are very kind, efficient and friendly. I feel very safe and love my apartment. Thanks to everyone here who do the best for the residents.
